This home is designed for entertaining. When entering the house, the grand entrance – which has a stunning chandelier and a void to the top floor – instantly gives the home presence. You then walk through to the main living area and instantly become focused on a glass wall that overlooks the pool and spa area. The home was designed around this space so the pool and spa could be visible from as many areas of the home as possible.

The striking double-storey elevation has a number of different features and textures that give the home immense street appeal. Dual-texture coat colouring is complemented by stone cladding, and a stained marine ply-lined balcony gives the home a unique touch.
