This unique property was designed and constructed by Viva Developments in close collaboration with the clients. The homeowners had a very clear vision for the layout of the house, so it was important to the company to bring their vision to life and work with them from the very start.

Through the close relationship with the clients during the build, Viva Developments was able to deliver an outstanding design that not only met all of their requirements, but exceeded them.

The clients’ brief requested a family-friendly home that was also able to cater to a large number of guests for entertaining, as well as the owners’ two growing daughters.
