This apartment complex, located in Hamilton Hill and built by Viva Developments, puts a stylish spin on traditional apartment living. The complex is a standout feature in itself – it’s remarkably unique in its design, boasts fantastic views and has been strategically constructed to accommodate all ages.

Viva Developments worked closely with the designer to create a complex that could fit as many apartments as possible. The company maximised space by integrating a mix of two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartments, as well as a number of one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments.
