Daniel Scafetta

Daniel has been passionate about building since the age of 18. Wanting to follow in his father’s footsteps, in 1993 Daniel began working for a local builder who specialized in upmarket homes. Since then he has never looked back. Initially starting out as an estimator and scheduler, Daniel worked his way to eventually becoming a site supervisor. He obtained his Builders Registration by attending night school at TAFE whilst working full time, becoming a registered builder in 1999. Since then, he has worked with a number of builders throughout the industry before starting Viva Developments with his long-time friend and colleague Mel Letizia. Daniel is the registered builder for the company.

Mel Letizia

Since starting as a junior draftee in 1994, Mel has gained extensive experience in the building industry as a Drafting Manager and then an on–site supervisor. Mel has had a passion for property development from an early age, and is very familiar in designing single and double storey homes, as well as multi-unit developments. He is very familiar with the R-code design requirements, and prides himself on achieving the best result for any building site or project. Mel personally works closely with all Viva Developments clients to ensure their home or development is completed to exact specifications, and works closely with Daniel to ensure the client’s budget is met.
