Viva Developments wanted to bring affordable properties to the market within the financial reach of the first home buyer or investor. The site on which these units were built was zoned R30/40, so Viva wanted to take advantage of the full potential of the site. With the new zoning guidelines this enabled Viva to design and build a multiple dwelling development comprising four units – each with an average floor area of 53m2 per unit.
